Shirley (51 years old) came to us with the aim of becoming stronger, increasing her resilience and losing weight. In the beginning, everything was new. No experience with strength training.
In addition, she was recovering from a herniated disc, so her resilience was an important aspect that we had to take into account. By drawing up a good plan, her resilience has now been significantly increased, she does exercises with an intensity you can't imagine, and her motivation is higher than ever before.
