Can I also train alone with women/men?

No, that's not necessary. We guide you step by step, regardless of your level. You'll learn to train safely and effectively, in a way that suits you.

What happens after 20 days?

The intake, your game plan, and evaluation are always 1-on-1. Private group training sessions are separated by target group where possible.

You decide: do you want to continue? Then we'll discuss the available options, tailored to your goals and wishes.
