Small Group Training is training in a small group of 4 to 6 people. You benefit from the energy and motivation of a group, but retain the personal attention of a trainer. Each participant trains at their own level, with exercises adapted to purpose and resilience.
A session lasts 60 minutes. Each workout consists of a warm-up, a strength and conditioning block. Fully tailored to the group and individual goals.

A new training block is ready every 4 weeks, and you can track your progress on the board to improve yourself weekly. We train with real strength equipment and heavier weights, not a standard circuit with only separate dumbbells. Results and variation are key to us.
