Session 1: Intake & Plan of Action

(60 minutes)
Goal of this session: insight & clarity

Whether you're just starting out or have been training for a long time, without a good starting point, you'll keep guessing. This intake gives you insight, peace of mind and a concrete plan that fits your life.

Session 2: Personal Training 1-on-1

(60 minutes)
Goal of this session: learn to train safely & effectively
  • Full attention from your coach
  • Focus on posture, technique and efficient movement
  • Exercises tailored to your body, goals and pace

Why is this important?

Many people train without supervision, with little results or even injuries. In this session, you will experience what it's like to be guided in person, safely, effectively and with confidence.

Session 3 & 4: small group Training 1-on-4

(60 minutes)
Purpose of these sessions: Motivation & independence
  • Train in small groups with personal coaching
  • Coaching with space for your own pace and independence
  • Experience the nice atmosphere with a group of like-minded people

Why is this important?

A busy gym can feel overwhelming. In this setting, you will train in a safe, calm and professional environment with the benefits of group energy and personal attention.

Session 5: Evaluation

Measuring = Knowing.
Purpose of this session: Measurable results and personal advice
  • New measurements and reflection on your progress
  • Feedback on your efforts and results
  • Personal advice for the sequel, or clear: this isn't for me

With us, you don't train in an anonymous space, but in a cozy studio near Voorburg, in Leidschenveen-Ypenburg (The Hague). You get to know others, are encouraged and belong. Our studio is about a real connection between you and your coach, but also between members. Everyone is in their own process, but we go for it together.

If you like to train in a private setting, alone with your coach, that is of course also possible.

What does the try-out program cost?

Your investment for the 20-day try-out is €95, including all sessions, body analysis, guidance and your personal plan.

Do I need training experience?

No, that is not necessary. We'll guide you step by step, regardless of your level. You learn to train safely and effectively, in a way that suits you.

Can I also train alone with women/men?

The intake, your game plan and evaluation are always 1-on-1. The private group training sessions are separated by target group where possible.

What happens after 20 days?

You decide: do you want to continue? Then we will discuss the possible options, appropriate to your goals and wishes.

Can I also train with injuries?

Yes, you can. We adapt the training to your situation and we have a physiotherapist in-house who will watch with you. This way, you can train safely, pain-free and effectively.

What if I can't train for a week?

No problem. We take your schedule into account and ensure that you are always easy to get in again.
