What does the Transformation Program look like?

Week 1: Kick Off & Gameplan

Live at Way to Train. Duration 60 minutes.
Purpose of this session: Introduction, plan of action and explanation of the program
  • Explanation of the program and introduction to the participants
  • Body analysis: weight, circumference, optional fat (skin fold measurement)
  • Gameplan for the next 12 weeks

Why is this important?

Twelve weeks is a relatively short period of time to make visible progress. That's why it's crucial to get rid of day one having a well-thought-out plan and knowing exactly what the program looks like.

Week 2-4: Classes & Live Training

Here you lay the foundation you need for a lasting transformation.

After the first few weeks, the sharpness sometimes subsides. That is exactly why we are focusing on collaboration, structure and support.

The workshop Transition phase shows you how you can still achieve your goals despite challenges and helps you keep a grip on your progress.

week 9-10: mindset towards the shoot

Essential weeks for good results.

To ensure that you show up at the photo shoot in top shape, we use proven strategies for both physical and mental peak performance. Think of practical tools, clear explanations and one-on-one feedback from your coach. Everything to make those last metres with confidence and results.

Week 11 & 12: Peak Week & Photo Shoot

You have given everything in the past 12 weeks, now is the time to reward it. You have achieved visible results, but most importantly: you have proven yourself. The professional photo shoot is your reward and reminder of what is possible when you really go for something. And of course, you are not alone, your coach is there until the last click.

What does the 12-week transformation program include?

The program focuses on fat loss, muscle building and developing sustainable habits. It is specially designed for women who want to get the most out of it in 12 weeks.

Can the program be followed online or physically?

The program is hybrid. You follow it for the most part online, but there are also physical parts, such as workshops, coaching sessions and a photo shoot. This gives you the flexibility of online coaching, combined with the power of personal guidance.

What does the weekly coaching look like?

Each week, you have a 1-on-1 session with your coach, online or physically. Together, you will discuss your progress, nutrition, training and mindset. Outside the sessions, you can 24/7 contact for extra guidance, motivation or questions.

Can I go on vacation during the program?

Yes, no problem! During the program, you will learn how to go on vacation, too. makes responsible choices. This way, you not only keep your results during your vacation, but you also know how to pick it up quickly afterwards.

What about the photo shoot?

At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to capture your transformation during a professional photo shoot at our location. This is a beautiful and unique way to reward your progress.

Do I need to have experience in the gym?

It's ideal if you already have some experience with strength training, but this isn't a requirement.

What kind of results can I expect in 12 weeks?

Most participants lose 5— 10% body fat, 5—15 cm belly circumference, build muscle mass and feel fitter and more confident than ever. The results are sustainable, provided you follow the program with dedication.

Is there also a community or sense of group during the process?
