Is Senior Fitness suitable for me at my age?

Absolutely. Our 65+ training courses are specially tailored to your level, resilience and any complaints. Safe, effective and in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.

What do we do during the training?

Each workout includes a warm-up, strength and mobility exercises, and, if desired, some endurance training. Everything is adapted to your body and goals, under professional guidance.

Why is strength training important later in life?

After age 50, muscle mass and bone density gradually decline. By training regularly, you actively work on a stronger body, better balance, more energy and more independence in daily life.

I have problems with my knee/hip/shoulder... can I participate then?

Right, yes. We take your complaints into account and adjust exercises where necessary. Safety, guidance and personal attention are always our top priority.

Do I train in a group or individually?

We work in small groups (max. 6-8 participants), so that there is sufficient personal attention. The atmosphere is calm, friendly and motivating. You train together, but at your own level.

Can I come see or try first?

You start with an extensive intake with our physiotherapist. Based on this, we will draw up a personal training plan, which you will immediately apply during your first trial lesson. This way, you can experience our approach without obligation, without a subscription or obligations.
