Our goal: to lose pounds, a toned body, a round butt and a toned stomach. A completely different lifestyle and this for the rest of our lives.
Exactly 1 year ago, we started our Way to Train challenge as a Duo.
We started with an outdoor boot camp, running and personal training once a week with Floris. After six months, we still did not have the results we would like and floris advised us to do strength training 3 times a week. Of course, we listened to him.
It was quite a challenge with all those devices. It felt awkward when we had to go to the gym alone from time to time. You are also getting used to that and you quickly feel more comfortable in the gym. Most of the time we train together and we mostly have a lot of fun. We always motivate and support each other, even in the bad days, we pull each other through thick and thin. In addition to personal training, we can easily train ourselves in the gym 2 to 3 times a week.
In the meantime, we have already motivated many women to also work at Way to Train. They know us and know that we really love good food, but that even we, too, keep it up. We are therefore proud to show our results. We've both lost 10 kilos and neither of us can really imagine life without Gym, protein shakes, cottage cheese, chicken, creatine, squats and more.
For us, this is a success!
The most important thing is not to give up! Keep going (even on days when you're a little less motivated) and have faith in the plan, yourself and your trainer. We have a lot of fun with it and go on with the occasional pornstar.
We are very grateful to Floris and we are very pleased that he is still not tired of us. Sit back and wear it still going strong!
