From hospitality to office job and then losing 6 kilos in two months.. who would have thought..
Not me, anyway. For someone who loves a bite to eat and drink, it went fast.
I certainly couldn't have done this alone. Fortunately, I was able to contact Floris about it just in time. It was a tough challenge.
I myself had no experience with coaches yet, but Way To Train immediately set the tone; Great guidance and I can switch super fast because it's simply a call or an app and I have my answer.
In the first period, I kept a strict record of everything. Only then will you really realize what you're working in. Every pound goes through the mouth. Once we realized this, we started eating below the kcal requirement and that didn't feel like much because I had never been in a shortage. But with wise choices, learning the right tricks and keeping yourself busy, this is easy to do.
I myself have been doing strength training for a while, 4 times a week to feel fit and sweat off all the hassle. This helps a lot! And walk, walk, walk...
I am now proud to say that I have achieved my goal for my vacation with the help of Floris. Still perfecting but that's an afterthought, this is already going great!
But we're not done yet, on to the next targets and transformation!
