Do not wait any time soon!
That's how you should see it in this personal training. Make time for yourself and be completely “away” for a while. Something we mothers can't do quickly.
I had to take this before and after photo completely out of my comfort zone. Although I have to say that the post-photo was already much more confident. My intention was to follow the PT for four months. We are now 9 months later and this photo was taken after just 4 months. Apart from the fact that you can see the difference, I also feel much better. My goal was initially to lose weight and become tighter.
I'm 38, I have two kids and mainly put on weight on my stomach. It shouldn't take too much effort and I want quick results. I never knew that strength training would be a perfect fit for this. Floris ensures that when I lose the pleasure of exercising for a while, I keep going. And believe me... without one hour of working out with Floris a week, I would have ended up on the couch with a roll of cake every night a long time ago.
Floris keeps you on your toes and is really my stick behind the door. So you want to take care of yourself and really achieve a personal goal. Then I would definitely recommend this Way to Train training.
P.S. While I'm this type I'm on vacation. I never thought that I would also follow my training schedule while on vacation. Worked out every other day and even did that awful Hex Squat every day
