In November 2023, I started at Way to Train with the aim of losing weight with Floris.
We started taking more and more steps (daily) in small steps and started training harder each time. With personal training + coaching twice a month, you have a stick behind the door every time.
In the first 8-9 months, I lost about -10kg but was able to go up a notch. As a result, I started the transformation process in September, with the photo shoot at the end as the stick behind the door. Together with the other members, you can motivate each other to go one step further and keep going extra hard.
As a result of the transformation process, I lost another 6-7 kg, a total of -26 cm in waist size, and I am certainly not ready yet. Together with Floris, I set new goals for the new year to become even fitter.
All in all, I would definitely recommend way to train if you need help with losing weight, gaining weight, training techniques or something along those lines!
