You don't have to be extreme, just be consistent.
From April, I fully focused on my sports routine and from June to December I followed a process with Floris. I am extremely happy with the result we achieved together, something I just couldn't do because of the lack of the right approach.
During this time, I've learned a lot of new things. That's how I learned how to distribute my calorie deficit, because although I do love a drink on the weekend, I still wanted to achieve my goals. We also worked on a good schedule with a view to recovery and the duration of the training sessions. I've learned that it's not necessary to spend 2 hours in the gym 5 times a day to get results.
Perhaps more importantly, I have regained my discipline and motivation for exercising and eating.
Floris, I cannot thank you enough for your guidance and support during this trip. We're going to keep going and I'm looking forward to what else the future holds!
