Exactly one year ago, my body was working on one of my three biggest and most precious projects ever. After three months of physical recovery, I started the Transformation Program 3.0 at @waytotrain in early January.
Because I had made so much progress, I immediately followed it up with twelve more weeks. Admittedly, that second round cost me considerably more effort. The smaller the steps in progress, the more perseverance and consistency it takes to stay focused on high-protein food and strength training on a daily basis.
We ended with a tough peak week that I won't forget. But thanks to the motivation of my peers and the result, I look back on it with pride: -19 cm in my waist, -11 kilos of weight and a few new bikinis richer in six months.
