I started personal training in combination with coaching at Way to Train in February. My main goal was to get fit so that I would enjoy playing football again. In recent years, I noticed that because I was less fit than before, I got more injuries and therefore lost a bit of fun.In addition, I also wanted help with exercises in the gym, I had been to the gym before but in terms of exercises, I always did something.
In addition, I was also not consistent with sports, so I alternated periods of going with long periods of not.This has gotten better over the course of the year with Floris' help. This, combined with a good nutrition schedule, I am very satisfied with the results and I even notice that, in addition to enjoying football, I also enjoy exercising.
