Intake and Set personal goals

Your journey starts with a personal intake interview. We listen to your individual goals, needs and challenges in order to develop a customized duo training plan.

PHASE 1: LAYING THE FOUNDATION TOGETHER - STRUCTURE AND TECHNOLOGY:

In this phase, you lay the foundation for success together. We focus on technique, posture and building both strength and fitness. Here you will learn the basic principles of effective duo training.

PHASE 2: INTENSIFY TOGETHER - FACE CHALLENGES:

Now that the foundation has been laid, you go one step further. More intensive duo workouts and advanced techniques are being introduced to challenge you together and accelerate joint progress.

OPTIMIZING TOGETHER - REFINING AND DIVERSIFYING:

This phase is about joint optimization. Together, you refine your skills, vary in the duo training courses and integrate new elements. The goal is to help your bodies perform at their best together.
