Two years ago, I came to Way to train through a friend with the aim of getting fitter and stronger and, above all, losing a few pounds. For years, I was a member of the gym, but without much success. I had never really done strength training before, but through the professional guidance of coaches at Way to train, I learned a lot about strength training, healthy food and lifestyle. And this time, I held out, partly because of the trust and the good atmosphere and the nice people at Way to train. Slowly but surely, there was also a result (consistency!). The Transformation Program gave an extra boost to achieve my goals: now I'm fitter and stronger than ever and 15 kg lighter! So happy about it! I still train with Floris every Monday in small group training, because training together motivates and is so much more fun than alone!
