From no motivation to her best shape ever
Resultaat

Zenna came to us with a clear goal: lose weight, tone up and build more muscle. We drew up a customized plan together and got to work full of enthusiasm. Nutrition, training and her entire lifestyle were monitored and optimized step by step.
The result is impressive: Zenna has now lost more than 10 kilos and has lost more than 20 centimeters around her belly!
