There you are, with your butt bare... something I never thought I would do. But if your personal trainer puts your photos side by side and you can see your own progress in one image, you know what you're doing it for.
After a year of exercising with a remote coach via a large online platform, I wanted to keep going, taking a new step, more motivation, more interaction and challenging yourself to a new level. Through others, I came into contact with Way to Train and Floris and he became my personal trainer for 1 day a week. In addition, I train myself in the gym for 2 days according to the schedule he has set up.
Where my previous coach was mainly about losing weight and losing fat, Floris shows me that even though you are in an energy shortage, you can still increase muscle mass! If you want to, as long as you push and really want to get the best out of yourself. Floris forces me to keep fighting with myself, but also makes sure I don't go too far beyond my limits and take a rest in order to recover.
In addition, together, we always check whether or not certain exercises are going for my knee (injury) and adjust them or choose another variant if it takes too much of my knee. I am very grateful to Floris for the coaching, the pushing, but also the regular half-time conversations between sets. After the summer vacation, we will continue with the plan and go to a lean bulk, something I find quite exciting after a while in an energy shortage, but I know Floris will guide me in this and we can continue to build on this result! I am convinced that the future will bring great things, not only for me, but also for Way to Train
