About six months ago, I started at Way to train. I can tell you that I've never had such good guidance! The reason I was going to sign up with them is because I just needed that extra push. My motivation was down a bit, not satisfied with my body so I decided to do something about this and ended up at Way to train. Little by little, I lost weight in centimeters and started to see a difference in my body.
I always struggle with the number on the scale, but Jelmer has always convinced me not to look at that too closely and that the band measurements are more important, and he was certainly right about that! I went down quite a bit in centimetres and I started to see more and more muscle definition and never expected to get to such a point.
I would definitely recommend Way to train if you run into something and could use some extra help because the guys who work here know what they're talking about and do their job with a lot of love and passion.
