Before I started with way to train, I was quite insecure about my body. I wasn't fat, but I wanted everything to be tighter. I just wasn't sure how.
Through Floris, I have learned the best and most effective way to train, in combination with food, in a way that is easy to maintain for a longer period of time. I found it confronting to take pictures of myself, and especially to forward them.
But when I realized how much it helped me, and how educational they are, I was actually happy about them. That's how I learned more about my body. For example, how my body changed, and what we needed to focus more on. Without these photos, I would never have been able to understand and see that properly.
I can recommend way to train to everyone. Floris pushes you just a little bit beyond your own borders, which actually makes you grow. He keeps a close eye on everything and motivates you when things are not going well. I always felt very much at home at Way to Train. In addition to hard training, there was also room for pleasant conversations. This is how you build a bond, which automatically makes exercising more fun. Thanks for all the knowledge and help I've received from you guys.
And especially thanks for your patience and trust, because I could sometimes deviate from our schedule. I'm not quite where I want to be yet, but I'm already very satisfied with my result. This would never have worked out on my own.
