Over the years, quite a few pounds had been added and that did not make me happy. Through a friend, I joined Way to Train and started duo training. I had never done strength sports before and I found it really tough at first. Slowly but surely, I got stronger and I also lost a few pounds.
The Transformation Program 2.0 seemed like the perfect opportunity to go the extra mile. Goal setting, weekly coaching, workshops and, at the end (after 11 weeks), a photo shoot to capture the result. Pretty exciting!
But it was a good way for me to go all out: training, keeping track of nutrition in the app and 12,000 steps a day (quite difficult in a period of dark evenings and a lot of rain). The weekly check-ins with Floris were a huge help to stay on track and the app group with all program participants and coaches was great.
There, we were in constant contact to help and motivate each other!
I've learned a lot in this program about strength training and nutrition and I'm seeing the results!
I reached my goal and I haven't been so fit and strong in years, not only physically but also mentally! The program has brought me so much more than I could have imagined before! I'm going to keep going!
