Gijs came to us with the aim of gaining weight, but an important factor was, of course, that it would be as much muscle mass as possible. And that worked out well!
In addition to his busy job, we made a clear weekly schedule about which days to train and when to prepare meals. Especially when you are busy with other things such as work and family, it is essential to have structure in your week so that you have to arrange as little last-minute as possible or have no energy to exercise.
As a result, Gijs has been able to take his physical body to the next level and was told that not too many cm's should be added to his chest and arms, otherwise he won't fit in the suit for his wedding haha! In short, made good steps, stabilize now so he doesn't tear out, and then pack up again!
