From wheelchair to fit body!
At Way to Train, I worked hard for a year to improve my back problems. As a father of two young children, I didn't have much time, but thanks to the personal training sessions, I was able to strengthen my back considerably.
For years, I couldn't walk and I even sat in a wheelchair. In the beginning, my routine consisted mainly of targeted back exercises, and over time, I noticed great progress. I am now stronger and have much more mobility than ever before. It was an intensive process, but I am very happy with the results!
