Apart from all the physical benefits, this process has also given a huge boost to my mindset.
In June 2021, I started my journey at Way to Train. The 2 years before I started doing this, I gained a lot of weight for what I did to the point where I was really no longer feeling well. I wanted to feel fit and healthy again. I then started Online Coaching at Way to Train. Like most people, I had the perception that I wanted to get everything done as quickly as possible and that this was possible. Floris then immediately told me that 2+ years of unhealthy living would not be solved in 3 months, “it's a process you have to trust” he told me. No sooner said than done and in addition to the guidance I received, I started working 110% myself to achieve my goal. This has also taught me that you can get the best guidance in the whole world, but if you don't work consistently and seriously yourself, nothing will come of it either.
My sporting past and the things I wanted to see in my schedules that made them really easy to maintain were taken into account. In addition, the training schedules and nutrition plans were constantly adapted to the current situation and I was able to ask questions and submit videos literally every day that were almost always responded to immediately.
Recently, I have not only lost 20 kg, but I have also gained a lot of knowledge about nutrition, sports and lifestyle.
