Thanks to Jelmer, I was able to start playing football again after two months. Something that seemed unlikely in early April!
I personally had a top rehabilitation. I've had my groin on and off for 3 years, and it became clear last year that I have a small inguinal hernia. When the current football season started, I was not bothered by anything, but it got worse with each game.
Finally, I ended up with Jelmer in April. He gave me the right exercises at the right time every week. For example, the pace was just right to make rapid progress, but not to strain the muscle.
In addition to being a good physio, he is also a nice guy, who likes to stay up to date even after recovery should there be a possible relapse (not happened in my case).
All in all... Top physio!
