Thanks to the support of the coaches, I have now been able to find a balance between enjoying life, keeping moving and looking healthy.
After a long period of letting go of myself, I was done with it; overweight and not feeling well. Before the Corona and all the lockdowns, I had been training for a few months but made no/minimal progress. I noticed that I needed a helping hand and was able to improve my progress with substantiated methods, this was when I started the online coaching process.
I've been following Way to Train on instagram for a while now, where I got various workouts and information to use in my routine, so being coached 1:1 here seemed like the right thing to do. In addition to losing 17 kg within 7 months, I have also been able to increase my knowledge and have now learned a wide range of useful tricks to prevent a relapse. What I really like is that I always get quick responses and that they tell it like it is. If I'm not doing as well or if I'm not motivated, I'll be pointed out immediately and I'll get tips on how to rectify this.
Because I've been following the coaching for a while, I know that both Floris and Jelmer are both great to work with. Communication runs smoothly and the goals are achieved if your own efforts are in order, I have also noticed that very much.
