After 4 months, I was really amazed at the already grandiose result achieved. I've never walked around with as much confidence as I did back then.
After 2 years of training myself and my diet was not in order, I actually trained for nothing because I did train but the pounds kept coming on. In October, I decided things had to be different and wanted to start online coaching. I knew Jelmer and Floris from when all 3 of us still played football. The results I saw and the familiar feeling of doing this with acquaintances were decisive for me to start at Way to Train.
After an intake, it was soon clear what the goal was going to be and that will take a big cut with gradual weight loss. After a few weeks, I already noticed a lot of difference. In addition to exercise and nutrition, I received many more tips such as sleep and meditation and more things that will improve your progress. Adding all this to the mix really made a big difference after the first 2 months. I lost weight but my muscles got stronger and I was really in the best phase of my life because of these guys!
We just kept popping and the results just kept coming and going on. Getting to know the boys personally gave me even more motivation that I did for them too. After 4 months, I was really amazed at the already grandiose result achieved. I've never walked around with as much confidence as I did back then.
In the last 2 weeks of the phase, my focus was a bit off by doing everything in such a structured way over the past 6 months, but Jelmer had also dragged me through this. The end result is really bizarre and it will really scare you!
Now that my journey has been completed this summer, I am still in contact with Jelmer almost daily and we keep each other up to date, so this proves once again that I am not just another customer for them, but they really want to keep getting the best out of you forever because there is only one Way to Train!
