Thanks to Way to Train's help, combined with patience and perseverance, I managed to achieve this great result.
After my shoulder injury and subsequent surgery, I weighed a whopping 77 kilos, my heaviest weight ever, as a result of a period without sport.
Fortunately, I received the right advice from Floris, so I was able to take the necessary steps towards a good recovery. Now, 8 months later, I weigh 66 kilos and am going through life fitter than ever before. And best of all, despite my shoulder injury, I'm slowly but surely seeing the weights rise.
We are continuing on this path and I look forward to achieving new goals with fresh energy, together with Way to Train! Their guidance and expertise has made a huge difference in my recovery and progress, and I can't wait to see what else the future holds.
