A year ago, I injured my knee, ending my football season. This was a bummer for me and I had no real goal for a while..
After a while, I started going to the gym to “keep myself busy” but I quickly noticed that I lacked the real motivation to do this consistently. I ended up at way to train via via via via and after an initial introductory meeting with Floris who gave me a clear picture of what we could achieve in about 2/3 months, I quickly made a decision.
Once a week of Melvin's PT and, outside, 3/4 times a week in the gym with a training schedule. A nutrition schedule has also been put together for me to suit my daily life with work and sports.
In the coaching sessions, you saw clear results from all this and seeing that your trainers themselves are also mega enthusiastic about this gives you even more energy to keep going!
I feel even better about myself, and that's mostly because of Way To Train!
