Without Jelmer, I wouldn't have been at this level right now!
When I decided to start the process, I had my doubts. After all, my lifestyle as a member of a student association is quite irregular. I was struggling with getting enough sleep and finding a balance between my social life and my health. Previous attempts to exercise and adopt a healthier lifestyle were short lived.
That's when Jelmer came into the picture. I had known him for a while so I felt comfortable enough to approach him and ask for his thoughts on how he could help me with Way to Train. Together, we went through everything and drew up an overall plan. Jelmer emphasized that exercising didn't have to come at the expense of my social life, and that really appealed to me. We worked on a plan for nutrition, sleep, exercise, and even mental strength.
Although it took me a little longer to see results, Jelmer always reassured me that this was normal considering my lifestyle. He reminded me that progress is progress no matter how long it takes. And that was exactly what I needed to stay motivated.
I am extremely satisfied with the guidance that Jelmer has provided. The contact was good, and he was always ready to help where necessary. He kept the focus on my sports performance and made sure I felt supported throughout the process. With his help, I have not only made physical progress, but I have also become mentally stronger.
In short, I am extremely grateful for Jelmer's guidance. It was well worth the investment, and I feel stronger and healthier than ever before.
