I myself had been in the gym for a few years. The weights did go up in the air, but the progression kept decreasing and my weight only increased in a negative way. My relationship with food was also clearly not good.
A friend of mine, Thomas Boutestijn, who also has coaching at way to train, has already recommended that I also take coaching with way to train a number of times. In May after my vacation, I immediately started an intake interview with Floris and it immediately felt familiar. I immediately felt like I was in good hands. We then immediately drew up a plan and set goals.
With hard work in the gym with Melvin and good guidance from Floris with the food, those goals were quickly achieved. Every 4 weeks, we drew up a new plan. There were good weeks and bad weeks in between, but nevertheless, we achieved a top result. Now I'm going to enjoy my vacation and then a new plan will be drawn up!
